HTML 5 Zero-Footprint DICOM Viewer System Overview
This viewer combines advanced solutions from aycan and technology and reseller partner Softneta (aycan store (PACS) and MedDream DICOM Viewer) to deliver a solution that allows you to safely, and reliably connect and read from anywhere.
- Runs on any HTML5 browser and doesn’t require installation on the client device
- The aycan application server handles the communication with the hospital systems (HIS/RIS/PACS/EMR) and does image preparation for streaming to the aycan viewer.
- Supports Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), HTTPS Security integration as well as Single Sign-On (SSO) through security tokens to allow fast and flexible usage of the system for physicians.
