Image Recalculation

The Image Recalculation plug-in for aycan OsiriX PRO allows you to manipulate data to suit your particular needs, so you can work quicker and easier. Within the plug-in you can manipulate and edit a series by adding custom formulas.  For example, you can define pixel values of the images to see the image just they way you want to. The plug-in also let’s you reduce the size of a series, so it’s easier to work with. You can do this by selecting a section of images to create specific region-of-interest series or by removing images on an interval, such as keeping every third image. Whichever way you recalculate the image, the plug-in let’s you export the results as a new DICOM series.
